ALiVE in Christ is a faith-first wellness framework that cultivates spiritual, mental, and physical health—centered on Jesus. We replace pressure with grace, comparison with community, and quick fixes with sustainable rhythms that honor God.

We trade lies for truth, choosing gratitude and joy in every season.

We honor the body as God’s temple through nourishing food, movement, and rest.

Focus: Simple nutrition, movement as worship, Sabbath rhythms.

V — Value Purpose

We align our time and gifts with God’s priorities and calling.
